It's perfect for diet as no oil is added and also very easy and quick to make. Let get started!

Ingredients
ㆍ 1 egg
ㆍ a little bit of salt
2.Put the egg in the cup.
3.Sprinkle salt according to your taste.
4.Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds.
5.Pop the yolk with chopsticks.
6.Warm up for about 10 seconds or more.

If you don't poke the egg yolk beforehand and microwave it, the egg might burst.
