Health Benefits of Olive
There is broadly the fact that olive, a representative food ingredient for Mediterranean meals, is beneficial for health. This is because of the powerful and powerful oxidation that olive has, that is, its ability to block harmful oxygen in the body. Olives are rich in phytonutrient, i.e., oleuropein, a plant bioactive substance, along with vitamin E, selenium and zinc, which have the following antioxidant properties: Along with this, the various phenolic compounds contained in olives help anti-inflammatory properties and are effective in preventing cancer and osteoporosis.
In addition, olives have a high fat content, which comes from 80 to 85% of the total calories, but most of these fats are fatty acids that are beneficial to the body. Oleic acid helps prevent high blood pressure and heart disease by lowering levels of unhealthy LDL cholesterol.
