Aglio e olio pasta with garlic


I made Aioli pasta that is not spicy but full of garlic flavor!

Spaghetti aglio e olio

Very easy and simple! Let's make Alio Olio.




Ingredients

per 1 serving

Ingredients (2 servings) ㆍ 2 handfuls of pasta ㆍ 20 whole garlic ㆍ 10 tablespoons of olive oil ㆍ 2 tablespoons chopped garlic ㆍ some salt ㆍ Peperoncino (Optional)

Prepare the ingridients.

Slice the whole garlics.

1. Put olive oil in a frying pan and heat it over low heat.

Add chopped garlic, whole garlic and pepperoncino then stir-fry.

Leave it for a while after that. (I did it separately for filming, but it's better if I put the noodles first and boil them)

Boil water and add spaghetti noodles.

Add little bit of olve oil and salt.

When it boils, add spaghetti noodles into it.

Try it out and check the texture.

Add water into the stirred garlics and stir-fry all together.
